Foster Gyabaah

Foster Gyabaah is a Certified Public Accountant and Senior Consultant with almost 15 years of accounting, reporting, and auditing experience. In previous capacities Foster has audited federal compliance with OMB’s Uniformed Guidance and related OMB Circulars for corporate entities, nonprofits, and governments.  In addition, Foster has consulted government entities on matters of compliance with accounting and reporting standards and other OMB circular requirements.  Foster has also assessed systems of internal control to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.  He has also advised clients on instances of noncompliance and made recommendations on changes in existing policies and procedures that would result in compliance.
